Three people broke into two shops, including a liquor store, on Laggere main road in Rajagopala Nagar in the early hours of Saturday.
According to the police, the miscreants made away with 29 liquor bottles from Spiritz Zone and Rs 43,000 cash from Krishna Enterprises, a plywood store. The CCTV cameras installed in the plywood store, has captured the incident.
In both the incidents, they had entered by breaking the locks of the rolling shutters. The incident, which may have occurred around 3.30, am came to light when the owners came to open the shop for business and found the shutter's locks damaged. They went inside and realised that a few persons had broken into the shops, said the police.
Police, who visited both the shops, examined the CCTV footage obtained from the plywood store, which showed that the three persons had come in a car. They first broke into the liquor shop and then went to the plywood store, added the police.
