Hopcoms will be offering 5% discount on fruits and vegetables at its outlets till Monday for the Gowri-Ganesha festival.
B Krishna, managing director, Hopcoms, told reporters on Friday that the discount would be offered on select fruits and vegetables.
The rates of all fruits and vegetables will be standardised at all Hopcoms outlets to ensure that people are not exploited during the festival season. Select Hopcoms outlets will also be selling festival items such as turmeric, betel leaves and flowers at discount price. Hopcoms aims to sell 100 tonnes of fruits and vegetables.
