A car and a bike were damaged after a school van hit them near Gavipuram Gutthalli in Basavanagudi on Monday. The police said the accident occurred when Boregowda, a van driver attached to National High School in Basavanagudi, lost control over the vehicle and crashed it into a car and a bike parked on the roadside.
The driver was on his way to a service station to get the vehicle washed. There were no children in the van and no one was injured in the accident, the police added.
