With a large number of people expected to head towards Kempegowda bus stand and Sangolli Rayanna railway station to take buses and trains to head out of the city for Deepavali holidays, the police have imposed traffic restrictions from October 28 to 30 around Majestic.
From October 28 to 30, from 6 pm, vehicular movement excluding KSRTC buses will be banned from Ananda Rao circle flyover (Seshadri road) to Maharani junction.
The movement of KSRTC, BMTC and private buses is banned from Ananda Rao circle to Subedar Chatram Road. Vehicles will be banned from Vijaya Cafe on Subedar Chatram Road to KG Circle, Kanakadasa Circle to Sagar junction, Abhinay junction to Sagar junction.
Parking of vehicles will be banned on Dhanavantri Road, Railway Station Road, Tank Bund Road, Platform Road, Khoday's junction to upper ramp of Ananda Rao circle flyover.
The plying of KSRTC and private buses will be banned from Khodays Circle to J T Road and Shanthala Circle to LTP road.
