Police are on the lookout for a man who flashed at three women near their apartment in Cox Town past midnight on Tuesday. The CCTVcamera at the apartment captured the man's act. The police circulated the man's image across all police stations.
The women had returned to their apartment in a car around 12.30 am after a party. The man, aged around 25, was standing near the apartment. He unzipped his trouser and flashed at two women as they got down from the car. The other woman was at the wheel and was talking on phone. "The two women were terrified and ran into the apartment," said a police officer.
The complainant, who was at the wheel, got down from the car and raised an alarm as he made certain obscene gestures. A few flat owners rushed outside to her rescue, but he had escaped.
The surveillance camera footage indicated that the man could be mentally challenged, added the officer.
